Central Election Commission to check authenticity of collected signatures by presidential candidates for 8 days

AKIPRESS.COM - The deadline for submission of collected signatures and transfer of electoral deposits by presidential candidates expired at 23.59 of December 3, Central Election Commission Vice Chairman Abdyjapar Bekmatov told reporteds today.
A working group of the Central Election Commission together with experts will check authenticity of collected signatures within 8 days. After this check and conclusion of the working group, members of the Central Election Commission will make decisions on registration of presidential candidates, he said.
As of morning of December 4, twenty presidential candidates transferred electoral deposits and submitted at least 30,000 signatures of citizens collected in their support.
