AKIPRESS.COM - 749 authorized and unauthorized rallies and pickets took place in Pervomay district of Bishkek in the first 11 months, said the head of the Pervomay district police department Akylbek Kazakeyev. The total number of protesters reached 140,000 people, 6,000 police employees were involved in the protection of order.
During the first 10 months, 12,813 misdemeanors and crimes were registered by police.
