Mongolia reports 5 new daily cases of coronavirus, all in one region

AKIPRESS.COM - In the past 24 hours, 8,574 PCR tests for coronavirus were conducted in Mongolia and five people tested positive in Selenge aimag, health authorities said on Dec 14. Selenge aimag is located in the north of Mongolia bordering with Russia.
No new cases were confirmed in other regions, including capital Ulaanbaatar, in the last 24 hours.
As of today the total number of coronavirus cases in Mongolia is now 912, 384 of them have fully recovered and 519 are being treated at hospitals.
No deaths were reported.
