Foreign trade turnover of Eurasian Economic Union amounted to $446.8 billion in 9 months

AKIPRESS.COM - Foreign trade turnover of the Eurasian Economic Union member-states with the third countries amounted to $446.8 billion in January-September 2020, according to the Eurasian Economic Commission. Foreign trade turnover decreased by 16.9% or $90.8 billion.
Exports amounted to $263.2 billion, imports - $183.6 billion. Exports decreased by 22.4% or $76.1 billion, and imports decreased by 7.4% or $14.7 billion.
The foreign trade surplus amounted to $79.6 billion against $141 billion surplus in January-September 2019.
Russia accounted for 82.8% of the total foreign trade turnover, Kazakhstan accounted for 11%, Belarus - 5%, Armenia - 0.7% and Kyrgyzstan - 0.5%.
