Kyrgyzstan reports 175 new coronavirus cases, 79 429 in total

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan registered 175 new coronavirus cases by the morning of December 22, Health Ministry's representative Ainura Akmatova told a press briefing today.
These cases included 48 in Bishkek, 41 in Chui region, 31 in Issyk-Kul region, 16 in Batken region, 12 in Jalal-Abad region, 11 in Osh region, 7 in Naryn reigon, 7 in Talas region, 2 in Osh.
"High rate of daily coronavirus cases remain in Bishkek, Osh and Issyk-Kul region. The reproduction number declined in all regions of the country. We think this is the result of responsibility of our people," Ainura Akmatova suggested.
The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases since March reached 79,429.
