AKIPRESS.COM - Vice Speaker Mirlan Bakirov has resigned.
In his address to the Parliament today he thanked for support of Onuguu-Progress faction.
Bakirov said it is 3 years today since he was elected Vice Speaker.
The plenary session of the Parliament is moderated by another Vice Speaker Aida Kasymalieva.
