AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan will encouter lots of difficulties on its way towards parliamentarism, ex-President Roza Otunbayeva said.
"Every day we have debates of supporters of presidential and parliamentary systems, as if there a straight line dividing these systems. Whatever country we will take, we will see this line goes according to the size of the state, government form, national identity. Only we are so black and white. Everyone discuss parliamentary and presidential systems, both politicians and those who do not understand anything. Parliamentarism is a true democracy," Roza Otunbayeva said.
"We will encounter lots of difficulties on our way to parliamentarism. We should be ready for that," Roza Otunbayeva said.
