AKIPRESS.COM - 165 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Kyrgyzstan of the morning of January 8, the nation-wide operative team for coronavirus containment reported. Bishkek confirmed 77 new cases; Issyk-Kul region - 24; Chui region - 21; Jalal-Abad region - 17; Osh region - 16; Naryn region - 5; Talas region - 3; Batken region - 2.
Since March, 81,991 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Kyrgyzstan.
Two deaths from COVID-19 were recorded during the day.
