AKIPRESS.COM - Elections are very important, but the referendum results are much more important, Deputy Prime Minister Maksat Mamytkanov told a briefing today. The voter turnout has made 18.56% in the snap presidential elections as of 2.00 pm.
"Five hours remain," the Deputy Prime Minister said and urged Kyrgyzstanis to come to polling stations to vote.
"This issue will not be resolved without you. Please come and vote - determine your future," Maksat Mamytkanov said.
