Economy, social fund, energy system of Kyrgyzstan stuck in swamp: Japarov

"We have discussed this issue with financiers, economists and came up with plans and we'll hopefully get out of this situation," Japarov said.
Japarov won landslide in Kyrgyzstani presidential election on Jan 10, according to preliminary results as of 8.00 a.m. of Jan 11. Japarov leads with 79.2% of votes.
