Referendum results announced in Kyrgyzstan: 81.30% have voted for presidential system

AKIPRESS.COM - The Central Election Commission today has adopted the resolution declaring the results of the referendum on system of government as valid.
The Commission has approved the final protocol with voting results in the referendum held on January 10.
1,133,485 voters of 81.30% have voted for the presidential model of governance.
100,931 voters or 10.9% have voted for the parliamentary system.
62,541 voters or 4.46% have voted against both options.
The final voter list included 3,563,574 voters. The voter turnout has made 39.12% or 1,394,218.
