Tajikistan and Oman hold political consultations

AKIPRESS.COM - The first round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and the Sultanate of Oman was held in the format of a videoconference on January 20.
The delegations were led by First Deputy Foreign Minister of Tajikistan Khusrav Noziri and the Under Secretary for Diplomatic Affairs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Oman Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Harthy.
The sides discussed issues related to the current cooperation between Tajikistan and Oman in political, economic, trade, investment, energy, tourism, agriculture, industry, air communication areas and its prospects.
Importance of implementation of the Executive Program between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the two countries for the period 2020-2022, which was signed during the official visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to Muscat on 19 December 2019, was underlined.
