Google Cloud to pay taxes in Uzbekistan

AKIPRESS.COM - Another Google service has been included into the list of tax payers in Uzbekistan.
Google Commerce Limited, Google Voice Inc and Google Ireland Limited were registered as tax payers before. Google Cloud has become the fourth service of Google registered as a tax payer in Uxbekistan, the State Tax Committee said.
Google Cloud Platform is a suite of cloud computing services that runs on the same infrastructure that Google uses internally for its end-user products. It provides a series of modular cloud services including computing, data storage, data analytics and machine learning.
It was announced earlier that since January 1, 2020 platforms willing to sell electronic goods or services on the territory of Uzbekistan need to be registered as tax payers.
