1.5 million tourists visit Uzbekistan in 2020

AKIPRESS.COM - Some 1.504 million tourists visited Uzbekistan in 2020, according to the State Statistics Committee.
This figure was 77.7% higher in 2019.
1.4 million tourists (94.4%) arrived from the CIS countries.
83,800 (5.6%) traveled from other countries.
The biggest number of tourists arrived from Kyrgyzstan - 508,000.
Uzbekistan was also visited by 424,100 citizens of Kazakhstan, 337,500 nationals of Tajikistan, 81,600 citizens of Russia.
