Presidents of South Korea and Uzbekistan to hold virtual summit

AKIPRESS.COM - The Presidents of Uzbekistan and South Korea will hold the virtual summit on January 28, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry reported.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President Moon Jae-in will discuss relevant aspects of bilateral relations of strategic partnership, regional cooperation and cooperation in the framework of international organizations.
They will discuss ways to deepen political dialogue, to implement specific projects and programs in commerce, investments, innovations, industry, energy, agriculture, healthcare, education and cultural exchange.
The schedule of upcoming contacts and joint events will be considered as well, the president's press service said.
A bunch of documents will be signed at the summit, including on projects advancing initiatives in digital technologies, health care sector and other important areas.
