PM Maripov replaces Chui region governor

AKIPRESS.COM - Erkin Tentishev was appointed Chui region governor.
The respective resolution was signed by Prime Minister Ulukbek Maripov.
The new governor was introduced to the staff on March 10.
Tentishev replaced Mirbek Miyarov on this post, who was appointed following post-election protests in October 2020.
Mirbek Miyarov urged the new governor to work with youth. "Of course, we have worked with village and district governors though not that long. We have fulfilled several tasks together with the team. I left this post in connection with transfer to another post. There are no other reasons," Miyarov said.
