AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan may reinstate restrictions in case COVID-19 situation worsens, Minister of Health and Social Development Alymkadyr Beishenaliev told AKIpress on March 16.
Epidemiological situation remains stable now, he said.
"We have algorithm of actions and in case of worsening of the situation, restrictions will be reintroduced. Schools and kindergartens will be closed first, mass events will be prohibited and so on," Minister Beishenaliev said.
The Health Minister stressed importance of respect of COVID-19 precautionary measures, including mask wearing, keeping safe physical distance, use of antiseptics.
"Such measures are necessary to prevent resurgence in Covid-19 cases," the Minister said.
