Almaty reintroduces quarantine restrictions since Mar 20

AKIPRESS.COM - Almaty epidemiological authorities reintroduced quarantine restrictions since March 20, zakon.kz reported.
Kazakhstan registered 1,082 new cases for the past day, bringing the tally of coronavirus cases to 226,767. Almaty is on the second place in coronavirus cases after Nur-Sultan. 28,307 coronavirus cases were registered in Amaty since pandemic outbreak.
The quarantine measures foresee restrictions in work of public transport on weekends and holidays.
Malls and shopping centers will be shut down on weekends and holidays.
Food supermarkets and retail chains will stay open from 6.00 a.m. until 02.00 a.m.
Indoor and outdoor markets won't operate on weekends and holidays and will have shorter work hours.
Public catering faciltiies should meet 50% capacity limit.
Food courts in malls may only deliver food
Banks and financial institutions will switch to remote work.
Post offices will stay open from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Visits will be possible by prior appointment only.
Sport events will be held without spectators.
Theaters, movie theaters, concert halls, adult education centers, circus, banquet halls, night, game and karaoke clubs, indoor children's playgrounds and amusement facilities, computer clubs, bowling centers will be shut down.
Concerts and other mass events are prohibited.
