Schools in Kyrgyzstan to be closed for quarantine in case of registration of coronavirus cases - Deputy Minister

AKIPRESS.COM - In case of registration of coronavirus cases in schools, schools will be closed to prevent spread of infection, Deputy Minister of Health Nurbolot Usenbaev told a press conference today.
The Deputy Health Minister reminded the School No. 70 in Bishkek was closed for two weeks due registered coronavirus cases there.
"Two teachers contracted coronavirus infection. Students were infected at home and kept going to school. The whole school was closed for quarantine for two weeks," the Deputy Health Minister said.
"Such measures will be practices. Quarantines will be introduced in case of detection of first signs of infection," he added.
