National e-school to appear in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - The Digital Content Center will appear in Kyrgyzstan, Minister of Education and Science Almazbek Beishenaliev said.
He said all learning materials, resources, subjects will be integrated on one platform, the Minister said.
"The Ministry of Education is working on one platform to create national electronic school. We met with representatives of the World Bank yesterday, we try to find donors," the Minister said.
Electronic school will be created for several reasons, he said.
"We will operationalize this school in case of pandemic. In case children of migrants leave abroad during the learning process, we will transfer such children to e-school and they will be able to continue studies. Children with different diseases may be also transferred to e-school in order not to fall behind their peers," Minister Beishenaliev said.
Children with disabilities and ethnic Kyrgyz living abroad will be able to learn online. Some regions lack teachers. These particular subjects may be studied in e-school, the Education Minister stated.
