Locals discover mortar shell in Kant

AKIPRESS.COM - Two residents in Kant town (some 20 km from Bishkek) found an unknown object among scrap metal on March 22 and called the police in.
Police arrived on the scene and also called the representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Chui region.
The military specialists determined that the finding was a mortar shell.
The mortar shell was withdrawn for destruction.
