1,500 hospital beds may be prepared in Bishkek in case of deterioration of Covid-19 situation

AKIPRESS.COM - 1,500 hospital beds will be prepared in Bishkek if necessary, Bishkek Public Health Department Chief Baktigul Ismailova said. 10 mobile medical teams respond to calls received by 118 call center operators now. They take samples for PCR tests and observe condition of people held in self-isolation at home.
The call center has 4 lines now. Four more lines will operationalized in case Covid-19 situation worsens, she said.
