Kazakhstan sees increase in daily cases of coronavirus

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan confirmed 1,873 daily cases of coronavirus infection, the Health Ministry said on April 1.
The new cases were confirmed in the following regions:
- Almaty city - 515;
- Nur-Sultan city - 512;
- Almaty region - 220;
- West Kazakhstan region - 98;
- Karaganda region - 95;
- Aktobe region - 86;
- Atyrau region - 75;
- Shymkent city - 51;
- Akmola region - 48;
- Kostanay region - 37;
- East Kazakhstan region - 34;
- Zhambyl region - 26;
- Mangistau region - 19;
- Pavlodar region - 17;
- North Kazakhstan region - 17;
- Kyzylorda region - 15;
- Turkestan region - 8.
Kazakhstan confirmed a total of 246,854 cases of coronavirus so far.
