Uzbekistan vaccinates over 49,600 against Covid-19 as of Apr 6

AKIPRESS.COM - Uzbekistan has vaccinated 49,602 people against coronavirus infection from April 1 to 6, Vice Chief of Sanitary and Epidemiological Well-Being and Public Safety Service Nurmat Atabekov said.
Uzbekistan uses two vaccines. 29,860 people were vaccinated with AstraZeneca vaccine. 19,742 were vaccinated with Sino-Uzbek coronavirus vaccine ZF-UZ-VAK2001.
"71 reports of side effects were registered. They included elevation of temperature to 37.5, slight pain in body, weakness, itching and pain in site of injection," Nurmat Atabekov said.
No serious adverse effects were reported, he added.
