AKIPRESS.COM - The voter list for local council elections includes 3.318,130 voters. The voter for the referendum on a new draft of the Constitution includes 3,606,201, Central Election Commission Chair Nurjan Shaildabekova said.
The local council elections are held not in all towns and rural municipalities and abroad. For this reason the voter list for the referendum is bigger, she said.
Kyrgyzstan is holding the constitutional referendum and the local council elections on April 11.
