Central Election Commission receives 36 reports about violation of electoral legislation in Kyrgyzstan's elections

AKIPRESS.COM - The rapid response coordination group of the Central Election Commission received 36 reports about violations of electoral legislation as of 4.00 p.m. of April 11, Central Election Commission member Tynchtyk Shainazarov told a briefing.
3 reports were about abuse of government resources and administrative pressure, 13 on violation of campaigning rules, 1 on violation of rights of electoral process participant, 1 on voter busing, 1 on taking photo of a ballot, 2 about presence of unknown people near automated ballot boxes, 11 were complaints concerning actions of workers of polling station election commissions, 3 were on voter buying, 1 other violations.
Follow-up actions were undetaken on 6 reports. 1 report was confirmed, 3 were not proven. 10 reports are under investigation of law enforcement agencies. 5 reports are under consideration of local election commissions, Tynchtyk Shainazarov said.
