Voter turnout in Bishkek as of 6.00 p.m.

AKIPRESS.COM - The voter turnout in the constitutional referendum in Bishkek has made 24.2% as of 6.00 p.m. 101,793 citizens have voted.
The voter turnout in the Bishkek local council elections has made 24.7%. 103,704 citizens have voted, Bishkek local election commission chairman Kairat Mamatov said.
33 complaints about violations were received. All complaints are under conisderation, he said.
Kairat Mamatov said a report was received about ballots discovered in waste bins. These were ballots used for testing of automated ballot boxes, they are invalid, he stressed.
