Reforma party says it doesn't recognize Bishkek local council election results

AKIPRESS.COM - Reforma party said it does not recognize the results of the Bishkek local council elections held on April 11.
"Almost all parties that overcame election threshold practiced vote buying, abuse of neighborhood supervisors (domkoms), local authorities for pressure on citizens," Reforma said.
Despite violations, none of these parties were withdrawn from the election race by the Central Election Commission and Bishkek local election commission, the party added.
Reforma has demanded to investigate the facts of vote buying and to annul voting results for all parties that violated the electoral legislation.
