AKIPRESS.COM - According to preliminary voting results as of 7.52 a.m., 1,063,917 voters or 79.22% have voted for a new Constitution of Kyrgyzstan in the constitutional referendum on April 11.
183,140 voters or 13.64% have voted against the new Constitution.
1,342,922 cast ballots in the referendum in total.
