Kyrgyzstan plans to create Science Development Fund

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan plans to create a Science Development Fund, said Minister of Education and Science Almazbek Beishenaliev during the presentation of his program for 2021-2023. The concept is now being developed.
The Science Development Fund will create consortia between universities and research institutions in Kyrgyzstan with foreign countries to participate in competitions for research work, as well as to attract foreign investment to the country, Beishenaliev said.
The Ministry of Education and Science is also planning to introduce normative financing for preschool educational organizations for 2022. A model for normative funding of kindergartens has already been developed.
