AKIPRESS.COM - Students from India and Pakistan should be seen as small investors, MP Janar Akaev said at the plenary session of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan on April 15.
However, they are attacked, beaten, robbed and pressured here, the lawmaker said.
"Such perpetrators should be punished to prevent recurrence of such incidents. Foreign students make a kind of contribution into revenues part of the local budget. They should be protected," MP Akaev said.
