Kazakhstan reported 2,893 new daily cases of coronavirus

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan reported 2,893 new daily cases of coronavirus infection, the Health Ministry said on April 22.
The new cases were confirmed in the following regions:
- Almaty city - 695;
- Nur-Sultan city - 574;
- Almaty region - 240;
- Karaganda region - 225;
- West Kazakhstan region - 185;
- Atyrau region - 140;
- Aktobe region - 117;
- Shymkent city - 112;
- Mangistau region - 108;
- Akmola region - 97;
- East Kazakhstan region - 93;
- Kyzylorda region - 72;
- Zhambyl region - 69;
- Pavlodar region - 55;
- Turkestan region - 51;
- Kostanay region - 33;
- North Kazakhstan region - 27.
A total of 297,839 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the country so far.
