Suspension of mass gatherings linked to Ramadan suggested in Bishkek due to Covid

AKIPRESS.COM - The Bishkek center of state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance proposed to temporarily suspend Dawah (act of inviting or calling people to embrace Islam)and mass events, such as Jumu'ah (weekly Muslim mass prayer) and Iftar gathering, chief doctor of the center, Kuban Kundashev said. Kundashev noted that the final decision will be made by the Spiritual Directorate of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan.
