Putin and Berdimuhamedov discuss economic ties, COVID-19 response

AKIPRESS.COM - President Vladimir Putin held phone talks with President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the Kremlin's press service reported. Some relevant aspects of bilateral cooperation were discussed with the focus on further strengthening of mutually beneficial commercial and economic ties and joint Covid-19 fight, said the report.
The Presidents touched upon the preparations for the Sixth Caspian Summit and the Second Caspian Economic Forum planned this year.
Putin offered condolences to President Berdimuhamedov over death of his father.
