AKIPRESS.COM - The Defense Ministries of Russia and Uzbekistan have prepared strategic partnership program for 2021-2025, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said.
"Its implementation will allow to bring bilateral cooperation to the level meeting the spirit of our particular relations. Such document has been developed for the first time. I suggest to endorse it today," Tass news agency cited Shoigu as saying during the talks with Defense Minister of Uzbekistan Bahodir Kurbanov today in Bukhara.
Shoigu invited colleagues from Uzbekistan to the 9th Moscow Conference on International Security, International Military and Technical Forum Army, International Army Games.
"We are doing this so that those who buy this equipment and use it will see this equipment in use on our training grounds. The most important is to share the experience the Russian armed forces have in fight against terrorism," Shoigu said.
