Mongolia confirms 1,356 new cases of coronavirus, 8 deaths

AKIPRESS.COM - Mongolia confirmed 1,356 new cases of COVID-19 after over 10,000 PCR tests done yesterday nationwide, the Ministry of Health said on April 30.
1190 cases were registered in Ulaanbaatar, the rest were confirmed in the regions. 28 of the cases were imported by passengers of the New Delhi - Almaty - Ulaanbaatar flight. 19 were Indian nationals and the rest came from Kazakhstan.
These new cases bring the national infection tally to 35,354.
19,642 patients have recovered, with 923 in the last 24 hours.
8 new deaths were registered.
