Kyrgyzstan vaccinates 33,500 against COVID-19 so far

AKIPRESS.COM - Some 33,500 were vaccinated against COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan in total, National Immunization Center Director Gulbara Ishenapysova said.
They include 15,980 medical workers, 5,000 teachers, 3,786 people above 65 years, 500 law enforcers, 870 public servants, 7,549 others.
Vaccination against coronavirus infection has started on March 29.
150,000 doses of Sinopharm vaccine arrived in Kyrgyzstan earlier. This will suffice for vaccination of 75,000 people.
20,000 doses of Sputnik V vaccine arrived from Russia on April 22.
