Uzbekistan vaccinates over 1 million against COVID-19

AKIPRESS.COM - Uzbekistan vaccinated 45,616 against COVID-19 on May 5, the Ministry of Health reported.
34,089 received the first dose of the vaccine. 11,527 people received the second dose of the vaccine.
1,009,510 people were vaccinated against coronavirus infection in total, 32,533 of them received the second dose of the vaccine.
Vaccination against COVID-19 started on April 1 in Uzbekistan. The country is using Uzbek-Chinese ZF-UZ-VAC2001 and AstraZeneca vaccine since April 1, Sputnik V since April 28.
