Minor quake jolts Osh region

AKIPRESS.COM - An earthquake of magnitude of 3.5 occurred in Osh region at 14:11 on May 7, said the Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences. The epicenter of the earthquake was located 3 km to the North-East of Djetim-Debe village, 5 km to the South-East of Jany-Talla village, 8 km to the South-West of Kara-Kulja village, 7 km to the North-West of Ylai-Talaa village, 7 km south-east of Kara-Kochkor village, 12 km north-west of Say village, 25 km south-east of Uzgen town, 58 km south-east of Jalal-Abad town and 61 km north-east of Osh town.
Settlements felt the quake at 3.5 magnitude in Jetim-Debe village, 3 magnitude in Kara-Kulja, Jany-Talaa and Ylai-Talla villages, and 2.5 magnitude in Kara-Kochkor and Say villages.
