Kazakhstan records 2,587 new daily cases of coronavirus

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan recorded 2,587 new daily cases of coronavirus infection, the Health Ministry said on May 8.
The new cases were reported in the following regions:
- Almaty city - 646;
- Nur-Sultan city - 477;
- Karaganda region - 246;
- Almaty region - 186;
- West Kazakhstan region - 142;
- Akmola region - 135;
- Pavlodar region - 127;
- Shymkent city - 115;
- East Kazakhstan region - 94;
- Aktobe region - 89;
- Atyrau region - 82;
- Zhambyl region - 65;
- Mangistau oblast - 57;
- Turkestan region - 37;
- Kyzylorda region - 33;
- North Kazakhstan region - 32;
- Kostanay region - 24.
Kazakhstan's national coronavirus count reached 340,239 so far.
