Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan to attend China-Central Asia Ministerial Meeting in Xian

AKIPRESS.COM - Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov will travel to China to attend the Second China-Central Asia Ministerial Meeting in Xian on May 11-12, the Foreign Ministry's press service reported.
The Ministerial Meeting will address relevant issues of political trust, further mutually beneficial cooperation, implementation of joint projects, facilitation of transport interconnectedness and uninterrupted trade, deepening of cooperation in ensuring regional security and responding to current challenges and threats.
Foreign Minister Kamilov will also hold bilateral talks with Foreign Minister Wang Yi and will address the opening of the 5th International Expo Silk Road.
The Foreign Ministers of China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan will partake in the Ministerial Meeting as well.
