Presidents of Kyrgyzstan, Turkey discuss bilateral ties

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sadyr Japarov today held a phone conversation with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the president's press service reported.
The Presidents discussed bilateral and multilateral cooperation issues, progress of implementation of earlier reached agreements.
Japarov thanked Recep Tayyip Erdogan for moral and humanitarian support, readiness to provide assistance in reconstruction of Batken region affected by the recent armed conflict on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border.
President Recept Tayyip Erdogan said he was saddened to learn about human losses as a result of the armed conflict on the border between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan and offered condolences on behalf of the brotherly nation of Turkey to families of those who died.
The Presidents discusesed joint plans for expansion of bilateral ties.
