Mongolia reports 533 new cases of coronavirus, 7 linked deaths

AKIPRESS.COM - Mongolia recorded 533 new coronavirus cases, Ministry of Health reported on May 17. 490 new cases were confirmed in Ulaanbaatar city, six were hospital-acquired cases, and 37 cases were detected in rural regions. As a result, the nationwide coronavirus tally reached 49,175.
1,065 patients recovered during the day making the total number of recoveries 41,844.
As of May 17, a total of 4,087 coronavirus patients are being treated at hospitals. 115 of them are in serious condition.
7 more people died of COVID-19 raising the country's death toll to 214.
