Above 440 kg of heroin seized in Osh region

AKIPRESS.COM - A truck with hidden 440 kg of heroin inside was held in Osh region on May 13, the State National Security Committee reported.
The value of seized heoring is estimated at over $20 million at the black market.
Two citizens of Kyrgyzstan were detained. Two more suspects are yet to be identified.
A long special operation aimed to identify and foil the biggest international channel of heroin trafficking from Middle East to Europe through Central Asia.
This the record amount of seized drugs for the last 30 years, the National Security Committee said.
