AKIPRESS.COM - Azamat Karagulov was appointed Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Kuwait, the press service of the president reported.
The appointment was signed by President Sadyr Japarov.
Karagulov served as Director of the Fourth Political Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
