AKIPRESS.COM - Six-eight fatalities from coronavirus infection are registed a day in Kyrgyzstan, Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development Uluk-Bek Bekturganov said at the meeting of the Budget and Finances Committee of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan.
Compared to 2020, the fatalities rate dropped this year, he said.
"35-40 died in peak of cases last year, now 6-8 fatalities are registered. These are mainly people with chronic diseases and older 65 years," the Deputy Health Minister said.
