Education Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Russia discuss construction of schools

AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Education and Science Bolotbek Kupeshev held virtual talks with Minister of Education of Russia Sergei Kravtsov.
The Education Ministers exchanged viewd on a broad range of issues, including construction of schools in Kyrgyzstan and organization of summer vacations for gifted children from Kyrgyzstan in Artek Camp.
Education Minister Kupeshev expressed hope for further development and expansion of cooperation.
The Ministers agreed to hold such virtual meetings regularly.
On March 15, ex-Minister of Education and Science Almazbek Beishenaliev and Russian Education Minister Sergei Kravtsov signed a protocol of talks on cooperation in construction of schools in Kyrgyzstan. Minister Kravtsov visited Kyrgyzstan at invitation of then Minister Almazbek Beishenaliev.
Three schools will be constructed by Russia in Kyrgyzstan, one in Osh region, the second in Chui region and the third in Issyk-Kul region.
It was announced that the Russian Education Minister allocated 150 quotas for school students from Kyrgyzstan to visit Artek Camp.
