AKIPRESS.COM - Medical support vehicles that arrived in Kyrgyzstan under the Islamic Development Bank-funded project still remain in Bishkek, Minister of Health and Social Development Alymkadyr Beishenaliev said.
"Bureaucratic procedures delay the process of departure of mobile clinic to the regions of the country. Vehicles need to be insured and registered. They should be registered in the name of the Islamic Development Bank. The Islamic Development Bank does not have office in Bishkek, this is why the registration is delayed," the Health Minister said.
The nearest IDB office is in Almaty. The issue should be solved in the nearest time, the Health Minister said.
Mobile clinics arrived in Kyrgyzstan on May 5. They will travel to regions of the country for medical check-up of residents of remote parts.
