AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan plans to increase the quota for scholarships for students from Kyrgyzstan, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mutar Tleuberdi said during talks with Foreign Minister Ruslan Kazakbaev in Ala Archa State Residence.
"We are considering the possibility of opening of branches of our leading universities in Bishkek," he added.
