Drunk region court judge caught on camera says he was under stress

AKIPRESS.COM - Chui region court chairman Damirbek Onolbekov, who was caught drunk on camera, said the video is dated July 4, 2020.
The video was shown by President Sadyr Japarov at the today's meeting of the Council on Improvement of Work of Courts and Law Enforcement Agencies in Ala Archa State Residence.
It was Saturday, non-working day, he told AKIpress.
"There was a critical situation due to coronavirus. Most workers fell ill and yet came to their work places. All were under stress," he said.
"I tendered resignation. Nobody forced me, this is my own decision," the judge said.
